Zhonganda respects your personal information and privacy. This policy explains how information is handled through a third-party form service when you submit our contact form, and how we use it to respond to your inquiry.
1. Information We Collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, country or area code, phone number, and message about your needs. Please provide only what is needed to respond. Do not submit identity numbers, banking details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
2. How We Use Information and How the Form Works
When you submit the form, your information is sent to FormSubmit, which forwards it to Zhonganda’s designated contact email. We use it to respond to your inquiry, understand your target location and service needs, and follow up on contact you requested. Before submission, the page also temporarily stores the information in the current browser tab so it can be displayed briefly on the thank-you page. That browser copy is cleared after the thank-you page reads it.
3. Third-Party Service and Retention
FormSubmit provides the technical form-processing service. Its documentation states that submissions are retained in its submission archive for 30 days. Its terms and policies in effect at the time also govern its retention, processing, and security arrangements. Do not submit unnecessary or sensitive information. 4. Browser Storage and Cookies
To briefly display form information on the thank-you page, this website uses browser session storage (sessionStorage), not cookies. The stored copy is cleared after the thank-you page reads it, and closing the tab ends that session. The website hosting provider may record basic technical access data according to its configuration.
5. Sharing and Cross-Border Processing
We do not use form information for purposes unrelated to your inquiry. Information is processed and forwarded through FormSubmit; refer to that service’s current documentation and policies for its actual server and processing locations. We do not otherwise sell your personal information, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to handle your inquiry.
6. Security and Your Choices
You may choose not to submit the form. Avoid entering personal information on shared or public devices. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact us using the details on this page. Requests relating to submission records held by the third-party service may also need to follow that service’s procedures.
7. Children’s Information
This website is intended for business-service inquiries and is not directed at children. Please do not submit personal information about a minor.
